Meet the All Ways Up Alumni Association Executive Board

This summer, the All Ways Up Foundation formed an Alumni Association to connect and support alumni of the program. Over 40 alumni have joined and the inaugural Board of Directors has been installed. Meet the Board:

AWU Alumni Association President

Christian Crawford is a member of the 2015 All Ways Up Cohort and a 2018 graduate of Auburn University at Montgomery, AL with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He is currently a candidate for a Master's of Theological Studies at Vanderbilt University, focusing on Black Church and American Studies.

AWU Alumni Association Vice President

LaIndia Victoria Santos-Phillips is a member of the 2014 All Ways Up Cohort and a 2018 graduate from Widener University. She received her master’s degree in International Educational Development from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019. LaIndia’s career goal is to serve as an Educational Program Specialist for an international aid organization.

AWU Alumni Association Secretary

Marisol Aileen Dominguez is a member of the 2016 All Ways Up cohort class and a 2020 graduate of University California, Los Angeles. Marisol holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology, with a minor in Education and Chicano Studies. This fall, she will be attending UCLA's Teacher Education Program, where she will receive her master’s degree and teaching credentials.

AWU Alumni Association Treasurer

Gregory Stewart is a member of the 2015 All Ways Up cohort class and a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University. He received his bachelor's degree in Finance, with a minor in Supply Chain Management. Greg currently works at ExxonMobil as a Commercial Sales Analyst, with plans to attend business school and continue his journey in the oil & gas industry.

AWU Foundation Liaison

Na'eem Wilkins is a member of the 2014 All Ways Up cohort class and a graduate of Shaw University. He received his bachelor's of science degree in Early Childhood Education. Na'eem is currently the Program Coordinator at All Ways Up. Prior to joining the staff, he served as a lead Program and Curriculum Coach for the Social Justice Learning Institute in Inglewood, California.
