Welcome Sh'Naiya Montré Chapman!

From Raleigh North Carolina, Montré graduated from Winston-Salem State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. After graduating in the fall of 2018, she had to decide between going to graduate school and into the workforce. She then found herself moving to Los Angeles, CA to become an AmeriCorps VISTA. Montré is not only excited to be working as a VISTA, but also for The All Ways Up Foundation as a former scholar. She is looking forward to expanding and developing programs for current scholars with a focus on post-grad preparation for graduating scholars. Being a recent graduate, she is able to relate to the undergraduate experience and the trials and tribulations of preparing and making the best decisions for life thereafter. As a scholar, The All Ways Up Foundation has had a major impact on her collegiate success. She looks forward to assisting in strengthening the impact on scholars by building stronger mentorships, more programs, and extending resources for current and future scholars.​
