Summer Institute on Leadership and International Cooperation

1. A summer fellowship for international and US students to work together in solving international problems. The program is in San Diego, CA.

Food Corps

1. One-year long fellowship for individuals to work in schools to teach children about food and nutrition. Fellows will be placed in one of the host sites, located throughout the country and receive a $17,500 living allowance.

1. One-year long fellowship for graduate or undergraduate students from underrepresented communities of color. Fellows will work as an intern at The Aspen Institute Program on Philanthropy and Social Innovation (PSI) in Washington, DC.

Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship

1. A grant program for undergraduate students who are receiving Federal Pell Grant funding to study or intern abroad.

Clara A. Hill Scholarship

1. Each year, through the Clair A. Hill Scholarship Program, the winner of the Clair A. Hill Agency Award for Excellence awards one $5,000 scholarship to a qualified undergraduate student studying engineering or related field.

Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities National Internship Program

Brookings Institution Governance Studies Internship

1. Interns may work with Brooking’s staff in research areas - Economic Studies, Foreign Policy, Global Economy and Development, Governance Studies, and Metropolitan Policy. Brookings also offers students the opportunity to intern in departments such as communications, human resources and central operations management.

NPR Internships
